January Goals

I am choosing simple goals for this month to avoid getting burned out. Here it goes!

1. Stick to The 17 Day Diet and use my workbook daily.
2. Update my vanity book and look at it when I feel discouraged.
3. Track EVERYTHING I put in my mouth.
4. Exercise 2-3 times per week.
5. Lean on my support system!
