I'm not a fan of cardio.  There, I said it.  I enjoy using the Nautilus weights at the gym and my kettlebell at home.  As much as I enjoy it, I rarely make time to do it.  This has to change.  I don't want to lose weight and not be toned.  I bought the Zumba DVD's and I'm going to try them out, my friends say it's a ton of fun and great cardio.  I plan on going on walks this spring and summer with my kids, and swimming in our neighbor's huge pool!
